With deep sorrow, we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved daughter, Kylie Rushing Hughes. On [date] at 9:14 PM, our precious girl peacefully went to be with our Heavenly Father after bravely fighting cancer. Though our hearts are shattered by this loss, we take comfort in knowing that Kylie is no longer in pain and is now resting in eternal peace.

For 17 beautiful years, Kylie filled our lives with happiness, love, and unforgettable memories. She was a bright, kind, and curious young girl whose presence could light up any room. Her laughter was contagious, and her strength during her illness inspired everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Being Kylie’s mother was the greatest blessing of my life. Every hug, smile, and special moment we shared will forever remain a treasured part of my heart.
As our family faces this unimaginable loss, we know the journey ahead will not be easy. However, our faith in God gives us strength and hope during this painful time. We ask everyone to please keep our family in your prayers—for comfort, peace, and the strength to move forward. Kylie’s life, though far too short, touched many people, and we are truly grateful for the love and support shown throughout her journey.
Kylie will be laid to rest in her hometown of Natchitoches, surrounded by the love of her family. We also hope to hold a memorial service in Conroe so that friends and extended family in Texas can gather to celebrate her life and remember the beautiful soul she was.
Although life will never feel the same without Kylie, her spirit will continue to live on through the love, memories, and inspiration she leaves behind.
